Patan (Lalitpur), Sept 6: Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Ramesh Rijal said the government was always ready to help and encourage entrepreneurs.
Inaugurating the ‘Women Entrepreneurship Fair’ organised here in Satdobato, Lalitpur today on the occasion of Teej festival by the Federation of Small and Medium Enterprise Nepal, he said the country would pursue prosperity due to labour of entrepreneurs, and it was the prime responsibility of the government to help them.
“The government is committed to bring the country to prosperity with new plan and thoughts. The government is ready to help entrepreneurs as their labour leads the country to prosperity.” On the occasion, former president of the Federation of Handicraft Associations of Nepal Dharma Ratna Shakya, also academician for the Nepal Academy of Fine Arts, asked the government to formulate policies so products produced by women of Nepal can reach the national and international market.
There are five stalls showcasing various products in the fair that will run for five days, said the fair organising committee coordinator Yashoda Dahal.
