Kathmandu, Sept 29 – A total of 1,157 new cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the country in the past 24 hours. This was revealed in 14,541 tests carried out in various laboratories across the country, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

Likewise, during the same period 1,113 infected recovered. The recovery rate is now 96.3 per cent. However, 8 people succumbed to the Corona Virus, taking the death toll to 11,123. The case fatality rate is 1.4 per cent.There are still 18,193 active cases of COVID-19 in the country.Also today, 286,145 were vaccinated against COVID-19.(RSS)
